Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges after a purchase has been completed.

If a received product does not match what was ordered, arrives incorrectly, or is delivered in damaged condition, you may request an exchange for the same product. To request an exchange, please contact hola@mariacacao.mx within no more than 3 business days after delivery. In your email, clearly explain the issue and reason for the exchange, and attach at least one photo of the product showing the problem when possible. In such cases, we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped in good condition, and at the time of delivery, the incorrect or damaged product will be collected. MARIA CACAO requests that the customer carefully repackage the incorrect or damaged product in its original packaging, including all components and parts.

For incorrect or damaged products, a refund may also be processed via the same email request method. This will include the collection of the incorrect or damaged product by MARIA CACAO and the refund of the amount paid.

Any errors or oversights made by the customer in product selection, pickup, or shipping information are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
