Purchase Execution
The mariacacao.mx platform is designed for autonomous purchasing. Completing a purchase constitutes an express intention to pay for and receive the products acquired in the transaction, thereby confirming the customer’s commitment to the purchase. By finalizing a purchase, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.

All product descriptions and details are provided for informational purposes only. Under no circumstances shall MARIA CACAO's product information be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, syndrome, or condition. All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include VAT (IVA).

Prices subject to IEPS (Special Tax on Production and Services) are also inclusive.

Note: Payments are processed via third-party services with their own terms. While MARIA CACAO will assist with payment issues, ultimate responsibility lies with the external provider.
Delivery

Mexico City & Metropolitan Area: 24–48 business hours.

Domestic Shipments: 2–7 business days.

Exclusions: No deliveries or order processing on weekends/holidays. Delays may occur during peak seasons.
Credit Card Verification:
For credit card payments, MARIA CACAO may request customer verification. If required, a form will be sent to the customer. Failure to submit completed documentation within 24 hours will result in automatic order cancellation and refund.
Invoicing

A sales receipt is automatically emailed upon order completion.

Original Tax Identification Certificate (CIF) in PDF format (signed digitally by the Tax Administration Service).

Requests with scanned copies or non-compliant formats will not be processed.
